"Kolm Sosarat" is more than a restaurant or catering establishment. Our journey is part of a family story that tells generations about agriculture, animal husbandry and life in the rhythm of nature. We always knew what was on our table, where it was grown and how the dish was prepared with love. For more than a decade, we have been offering culinary experiences inspired by our roots in different ways. Until 2019, our common dream came true and we opened our own restaurant in the village of Lüllemäe in Valga County. Here, on the edge of the picturesque Karula National Park, we pass on the values and skills of our ancestors in a modern way, both in cooking and growing food and in hosting guests. It's all part of a story bigger than us.
