This traditional French dish has been reinvented and brought to the capital of Estonia at TAR TAR kitchen and bar. Complete with a cosmopolitan interior and excellent service, it’s definitely worth a visit. Located next to Tallinn’s main transport hub, Viru Keskus shopping centre, TAR TAR is easily accessible from any part of the city. Its glass facade makes it a great spot for daytime people watching, or a romantic date in the evening.
