In 2003, two friends came together to open a restaurant in downtown Helsinki. The idea was straight forward, offering memorable experiences and delicious food in a relaxed environment. This philosophy has remained true through the years, maintaining our reliability. In the year 2007 the restaurants reputation surpassed itself and Demo was granted a Michelin Star which we have retained to this day.
