The idea for dean&david was born during David’s sabbatical year following his politics and economics studies. David traveled around the world with open eyes and was rewarded with the inspiration for his individual cuisine. His trip to New York is reflected in the salad bars, Australia is represented by fresh juices and smoothies, while the travels in Southeast Asia are responsible for the spicy Thai curries and soups.
