Filling the niche for Mexican food in an elegant environment, Salsa shakes up the perfect margarita, half-price on Wednesdays, served straight-up with salt around the rim. As with all of Vilnius’ Mex restaurants the portions are on the light side, but the help-yourself taco selection entrée is tasty, the super-spicy chicken wings are amazing and the creamy-cheesy enchiladas are sumptuous.
