On September 9, 1989 we opened the first Greek restaurant in Alkmaar, Irodion. Since then, we have become an integral part of the historic center. With a view of the Waagtoren, at the Waagplein you are right in the old center with us. Here we have been preparing the most delicious dishes that the rich Greek kitchen has to offer for years. We are proud of our Greek roots and are happy to share our culture with you. Our guests are always welcomed with a glass of ouzo and our (mostly) originally Greek staff ensures that you experience a wonderful Greek evening. Our restaurant is large, but very atmospheric. When you walk down the Waagplein and enter our house, you will imagine yourself on a summer holiday in Greece. We have cozy corners for romantic dinners, but also large tables for cozy company outings. For the summer evenings we have a lovely terrace. We are open 365 days a year from 4 p.m. We hope to welcome you soon in our restaurant and look forward to seeing you.
