Our handcrafted Habanero and Jalapeno sauces strike up a fire like it aint nobody's business, and our House BBQ sauce is truly our own. All our meats can be traced to local Norwegian producers. We use seasonal vegetables from sustainable sources. Our Beast of a Smoker travelled many miles to git here from Oklahoma! Our meats are typically smoked over hickory or mesquite for 12-15 hours
