CEVAPI is the name of Kebabs from Bosnia. The recipe hails from the base of 16th-century Gazi Husrev-Bey Mosque. Fresh beef and lamb infused with garlic and blended with spices to produce the juiciest kebabs ever. Served with ajvar, onions, kajmak(soft cheese) and bosnian bread baked to perfection. Tender fresh meat (never frozen) is used, giving it the juiciest and softest texture, grilled on kicker wood coal.
