Gluten Appetit was created out of passion for tradition and the need to remind us how great Polish cuisine is in which flour reigns. We focus on flour dishes, prepared from the best flour from the Lower Silesian mill. We offer dishes in classic versions and our own flavors. Childhood memories, the joy of discovering a new one - we try to make every dish smile on the faces of our guests.
