The city itself is rather disappointing in terms of architecture. So you do expect same attitude and atmosphere looking for the restaurants and meals. I picked up tripadvisor's 1st choice for restaurants and it started as expected. Empty place and rather hot inside. But when personnel showed up everything had changed. I was moved to a chiiler place, food and service were above any expectations. Check less than expected. Overall very nice place to taste Siberian cuisine and definitely recommended to visit!
