Welcome to Scandinavia! We called our restaurant Bjorn, because it is consonant with the "fjord". And “bjorn” is translated from the Danish “bear”. Three components of bjorn As a basis for the Bjorn concept, we took the idea of New Nordic Cuisine, combined it with the format of bistronomy and added some Scandinavian happiness to it. The purpose of this kitchen is to show Scandinavia through understandable things: the north is cold, there is no time for unnecessary decorations - the food that has just been caught is grown, which means the freshest. Bjorn is a craft workshop in which we create food with the help of fire, water, fresh food and warm hands. Happy Scandinavians call this “hygge” - the moment when everything converges into one harmonious whole. Floor to ceiling scandinavia We, the Bjorn team, are in love with Scandinavia. We are close to Scandinavian design, life philosophy, attitude to nature. In the design of the restaurant, we recreated the atmosphere of Scandinavia, using all natural - wood, stone and moss. It turned out in a reserved and monochrome northern space. This rule is preserved in the general aesthetics - natural materials, raw surfaces, conciseness and practicality.
