In "Gastroli", we're cooking simple, but extremely exciting food. The best and most accurate description for our kitchen is Comfort food - a clear and comfortable food for every day, with the only caveat that we are sure that the understandable does not mean banal, and every day just have to be special. The heart of the "Gastroli" is the open kitchen, it sets the rhythm and mood of our institution. The kitchen is built around two stoves, wood and coal, in the first we fry meat and vegetables, in the second we bake bread and pizza, smoke pastrami and fish. Drinks for food - a lot of excellent beer, an interesting selection of wines at fair prices, and a small, very accurate cocktail list. Our interior is a continuation of our cuisine - laconic, without unnecessary decorations, a little rough, but unconditionally intelligent and cozy.
