When we opened Villiers we wanted to make a cosy, relaxed, romantic sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of busy central London. A place to be enjoyed throughout the day. From a morning coffee, speedy brunch or leisurely dinner we would be open throughout the day ready to welcome you in with open arms. Our menu revolves around the best seasonal ingredients we can get our hands on. Our fish comes straight from Brixham each morning and our meats from small handpicked farms around the UK. We get our sourdough bread delivered daily from Brixton bakery, Bread Bread and our eggs are rich and flavourful Clarence Court British Heritage Breed eggs. We searched high a low for our coffee. Finding a small family run roastery on the Welsh boarders we worked with them to develop our signature espresso blend. Our wine list is made up of wines that we love to drink, from passionate (mainly small) wine producers. We have a regularly changing cocktail list and a selection of local London beers. Villiers was started by the younger generation of the Gordon Family, who own the legendary Gordon’s Wine Bar which has been feeding and watering Londoners for decades. Also located on the same historic street between Embankment and The Strand, minutes from Trafalgar Square and Charing Cross.
