The Steak & Omelette was awarded The Best Family Restaurant in Plymouth at the 2016 City & Waterfront Awards. We are regarded as one of the best steakhouses in the South West. Steak and Omelette Plymouth is now 50 years old and still going from strength to strength. The finest Scottish steaks, top quality local lamb, chicken and fresh fish are all cooked to perfection in our open to view kitchen. Our steaks are delivered weekly from the Scottish highlands. They arrive 21 day dry-aged. We then hang them for a further 7 days to mature. Our cool room is lined with Himalayan salt bricks, which helps the meat to fully tenderise and intensify it’s flavour. Once the ageing process is finished the meat is butchered by our talented chefs and placed in our display fridge located in front of the open kitchen. When your favourite cut is chosen it is expertly cooked on our char-grill to your liking & served.
