The dream of Bistro Papillon was established years ago when two Frenchmen found themselves working together in a restaurant in the UK. In 2010 this dream became a reality with the opening of Bistro Papillon in Sydney’s CBD. This rustic French restaurant is all about authentic and classic flavours. The restaurant tightly packed with dark wooden furnishing and retro French artwork (you feel as though you’ve wandered into a Parisian bistro). They have a menu devoted to French classics and restaurant ‘specialities’ where you will see the likes of escargots, tarte flambee, tartare de boeuf and onglet de boeuf. There is also a large a la carte menu which features a large selection of French faves like coq au vin, tarte tatin and lots of cheese.
