The card of blé noir is as classic and exceptional as one would expect from an original creperie - très francais - with sweet crêpes with caramel and salted butter, chestnut cream or Breton with apple slices and calvados. And of course the galettes of dark buckwheat, the blé noir : with bacon, fried eggs in the morning a good start to the day; with goat cheese, honey and red wine onion confit the perfect way to finish the evening. Specialties such as terrine campagnarde, onion soup and other small dishes of the upscale bistro cuisine complete the menu.
