Our pizza is made on sourdough and many years of passionate experience. We let the dough rise cold for up to five days, it produces a crispy pizza that is easy to digest and which tastes the way we would like it to taste. We love old school crafts with a modern twist. We serve a crispy Brooklyn-style Italian pizza made from some of the world's best ingredients.
