MUTFAK Restaurant opened in 2003, we offer our valued guests, many of the products, season and the region to ensure that the care is made. Cucumber, pepper, parsley, arugula, purslane and all other greens are taken daily from the garden which produces with the method of organic farming. Black olive from Gemlik, our green olive comes from Ayvalik. Olives collected in November every year are produced and matured in a period of 5 months without using any additives. Our white cheese is sent from Ezine every week.
