Our bakers are really bright people! While you, as a customer, are still dreaming of fresh bread, we are already busy brewing - 7 days a week! But good things take a while. For example, we leave our prepared dough to rest for up to 48 hours before it is fried in a hot oven until crispy and fragrant. Even the dough pieces for your crisp, warm bread roll unfold the right aroma with this long dough rest. To ensure that you can enjoy them freshly throughout the day, we bake bread rolls several times a day directly in our specialty shops
