Barracuda, (est 1978) has been and very much still is, one of Malta’s longest established fine dining restaurants one of Malta’s longest established fine dining restaurants. It’s a picture perfect restaurant for a romantic occasion. Complimentary parking (three hours) is a short distance away at Le Mèridien hotel Barracuda’s menu is finely tuned and selective with each dish containing the freshest of ingredients. Seafood is the main feature on the menu with fresh fish and shellfish mouth-wateringly cooked and presented. The wine list is definitely worth contemplative meditation: a lovingly selected cellar of local, European and new world wines are available as well as a selection of champagnes.
