In Turkey there are many types of pitas (pide) but what was made in Trabzon was always my favorite. I have eaten at Cardak since 2000. It's a visit - I have to do it - when I go to Trabzon. They will not give you any cutlery unless you request it because Trabzon should only be taken from you. My fav one is pita with trabzon cheese and covers the first runner over a pita filled with kavurma. I had a great time there.
