We are provided with organic vegetables by ekofarma Komendovi. The meat is from Moravian farms, often in organic quality, chickens from free breeding. The local fish are from pohorelice pond farm, marine are from Ocean48. We have eggs from domestic farms. We use parmesan cheese type Gran Moravia. We offer bread from balaban bakery. We do not cook from semi-finished products, none of our dishes contain glutaman. The weight of the meat is given in the raw state.
