OVER THE YEARS, AN ENDLESS PASSION On his return from the United States, his MBA in his pocket, Fares had his head full of ideas and a strong desire to do business in his country. During a walk in Italy, we take him to the best ice cream parlor in town. There he discovered the real artisanal Italian ice cream. The idea then began to germinate: why not launch in Tunisia a real "Gelateria italiana" which offers authentic Italian ice cream all year round. He then begins the Parad’Ice adventure. After several internships in Italy with master ice-cream makers who accompanied him during the opening of the 1st point of sale in Ennasr in July 2006, he surrounded himself with a solid team of craftsmen, consolidated his production and launched himself into the innovation and creativity.
