In 1977, Orhan Köklü’s one ice cream machine was opened by the Roman ice cream maker, Fatih became work in Atikali. Orhan Köklü, who won the struggles she had entered at the age of teenager, laid the foundations of Gaziosmanpaşa Roma Dondurma in 1992. Starting with ice cream, this adventure created the current concept with custard, waffles, baked potatoes, pastries, world cuisine and today's popular food - beverages as a result of its entrepreneurship and courage. Orhan Köklü katkıs son, Mustafa Can Köklü, upon his graduation from the university, took over the management and administrative affairs of Roma in 2013 and made a significant contribution to the 40th anniversary of the brand.
