In 1956, Marguerite Besniard, a 55-year-old French woman buys the case. Since then, the same family reigns over the establishment. Today, the bosses, it is Jean-Claude and Marc and their two respective wives also contribute to the management of the restaurant. Jean-Claude and Marc Kerinec are in fact the two grandsons of Marguerite Besniard, of her first husband, a former officer of the nacional navy. Born in Paris in 1903, of Norman family, she helps her parents to prepare bowls for the soldiers on the front of the Marne during the war 14-18. At 17, she left for Marseille, where she married a Navy officer. Marceau (the father of Jean-Claude), is born of this union.
