Kuzguncuk Balikcisi is a small family-run restaurant offers fresh traditional Turkish seafood dishes. The fish soup is one of the best and the red fish likes no other. The place is lovely and homey with red-checkered tablecloths with the menu on a blackboard. Definitly one of the best "fish soup" restaurants in Istanbul.
