The concept of restaurant of the business group '' La Parrillita de Pepe '', is born from the idea of ​​Mr. John Wilson Duque Jiménez, of Colombian nationality to offer the public, at first Herediano, a different gastronomic option to bring Colombian style fast food . Dishes such as arepas, hot dogs, hamburgers, meats, pinchos and juices in a presentation totally different from the others. This is how in March 2006 the idea of ​​'' La Parrillita de Pepe '' was achieved, opening the first store on the north side of the National University of Heredia, maintaining a concept in the Colombian style in Costa Rica, managing to satisfy the consumers with a fast food menu with differentiating characteristics.
