The concept of restaurant of the business group '' La Parrillita de Pepe '', is born from the idea of Mr. John Wilson Duque Jiménez, of Colombian nationality to offer the public, at first Herediano, a different gastronomic option to bring Colombian style fast food . Dishes such as arepas, hot dogs, hamburgers, meats, pinchos and juices in a presentation totally different from the others. This is how in March 2006 the idea of '' La Parrillita de Pepe '' was achieved, opening the first store on the north side of the National University of Heredia, maintaining a concept in the Colombian style in Costa Rica, managing to satisfy the consumers with a fast food menu with differentiating characteristics.
