DE: Seit 1997 bieten wir unseren Gästen in Berlin-Mitte ein Stück spanische Essenskultur an. Am Anfang noch mit traditionellen spanischen Tapas und ein gutes Glas Wein, orientieren wir uns heute mehr auf die moderne spanische Küche. Was geblieben ist, ist die Sorgfalt mit dem wir unsere Tapas zubereiten und die Qualität der Zutaten. Hier liegt der Schwerpunkt auf Produkte aus der Region und in Bioqualität. Nicht (nur) weil es besser schmeckt, sondern weil wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legen. EN: Since 1997 we offer our guests in Berlin-Mitte a piece of Spanish food culture.
