In 2013 Kostas dream became true when he opened the doors of restaurant Roots located on one of the most beautiful locations in Nidri. Right at the boulevard and at the seafront. Kostas has been working in restaurants in Germany and England and throughout the years he knows what guests want. His experience he took home to Nidri to start his own restaurant. After several months of rebuilding the restaurant the restaurant opens in spring 2013 and became a hit in Nidri. The restaurant has got a great light modern look. Kostas used bright colors for his interior so it looks like the sun is shining all year. And specially the stunning view overlooking the Ioanian Sea and the islands of Madouri and Onassis gives their guests that holiday feeling. Every morning Kostas goes to the fish market to buy his fresh snapper, cod, mackerel, octopus, etc. When you like to have fresh fish in the restaurant just ask Kostas and he will show you the fresh fish.
