On the third floor of the old Jarla Theater, in the foyer that used to lead the theatre visitors to the balcony, we invite you to an expression of Scandinavian terroir together with Japanese technique and aesthetics in a harmonious ensamble. Through establishing a close collaboration with ambitious producers that share our respect and concern for the plants, animals and nature we wish to challenge all senses with an organic gastronomy in constant development. We look forward to welcoming you at Esperanto this winter!
