We are specialized in the elaboration of paella rice in an artisanal way, so that you can enjoy a freshly made rice at home. AR-ROZZ is a new concept of local-workshop of "paellas to take away", with the simple idea of offering rice in paella like those of a lifetime, preserving the tradition of artisan production, with fresh seafood, free-range chickens and eager to do things well, to offer our customers a representative rice menu and preserving above all the authentic recipe of PAELLA VALENCIANA. It opens its doors in JULY 2012 with a first premises-workshop in LAS ROZAS in Madrid. It is now possible to enjoy with family or friends, at any time of the year, an excellent "rice in paella".
