El Gordo de Velazquez, a restaurant whose name and image are inspired by the novel The Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens, is the fruit of Carmen Sinovas' passion. Our kitchen maintains icons such as truffled cannelloni or aubergine cake, which are joined by other tasty dishes such as beef meatballs with morel sauce, winking at the world in preparations such as sea bass ceviche. Nothing is excessively formal but it is even less so between meals, when we have a complete tapas bar available that you will not be able to resist. We also have flowers !!!!!! If you have a bad time as if you have to solve a mess, we will give you a cable. We will wait for you!!
