We realized that there were a lot of opportunities to spread the culture of Egyptian food related to the quality of authentic Egyptian street food. Therefore, Al Amour Restaurant was opened on Sheikh Zayed Road. The goal was to challenge the prevailing idea that Egyptian food is food for Egyptians only, so Al Amour Restaurant, Sheikh Zayed Road, was created as a brand.” We are proud of it. To serve Egyptians and other different cultures, Al-Amour Restaurant was opened, and the Al-Amour brand found instant success, based on the simple idea that traditional Egyptian food can be served using fresh, natural ingredients, while paying attention to hygiene and food safety.
