Baku El Portalon is a loyal follower of its predecessor. Already crossing the threshold, you will feel the warmth and hospitality created by genuine simplicity in the atmosphere of the restaurant and individually selected interior items, each of which has its own history. As they demand tradition, El Portalon uses a wood-burning stove to cook the perfect roast, fish, meat and suckling pig. Iberian ham, chorizo, cheese platter, meatballs and fresh fish are also included in the varied traditional Spanish menu. As in Marbella, El Portalon in Baku has a separate bar area, La Vinoteria, which offers an excellent selection of liqueurs, Spanish wines, traditional tapas and other snacks.
