Traditions and national values can only survive and be passed on to future generations. As a nation we live in a geography that has hosted many civilizations. We have an amazing food culture that is blended with the effects of these civilizations, but has not lost its unique characteristics. One of the most important tasks to us is to protect this culture which our ancestors leave to us, to keep the Turkish Cuisine alive and to introduce it to the whole world. This task is becoming more and more important in today's fast food, which is a different culture than our food culture.
