the favorite restaurant in the city for the simple fact that the ingredients are pesticide-free and gmo-free, their chef shops at the farmers market at Union Square (I’ve seen him) and we buy our greens from the same farm stall. :-) Everything on the restaurant menu is freshly made, their bone broth is made in house, grains are milled fresh, pasta is homemade, and the dishes vary by season and produce availability
