Since 1940 bringing the best homemade food to your table. It all started back in the 1940s when the Maluendez family reached silver, more precisely at the traditional corner of 65 and 3 with the purpose of opening an grocery and related stores. The founder of the idea, Juan Maluendez along with his wife Dona Maria, had two daughters, Irma and Nelida whose nickname was Pirucha. Hence the idea of baptizing the place as "La Pirucha". Some time later, given the skills in the kitchen of Mrs. Dona Maria, the idea of preparing takeaways began to take shape, beginning a new stage in 1950. With the incorporation of Cacho Luisi married to Irma in 1955, Tables were added to the place, so that customers can stay to taste the homemade meals prepared by us. As people began to get to know us and due to the amount of demand, the opening of a new location, located at 54 between 9 and 10, became possible. that worked from the years 1975 to 1983 in charge of Gustavo Luisi son of Cacho and Nata. From its inauguration to the present day, we work without any type of advertising, only with the word of mouth of the people, who thanks to them made us known and positioned us in one of the oldest food houses with the longest history in the city, always attended by its owners and preserving the same recipes from generation to generation.
