Tuscany, offers us a simple and rustic style, which begins in the same kitchen, with the combination of ingredients and food for its quality, freshness, aroma and flavor. The exquisite flavors of La Toscana menus are achieved by the cooking method: wood fire. Chef Mauricio Couly Ventimiglia adopted a large clay oven in his kitchen that achieves a completely different and distinguished dorado, crisp, juice, texture and flavor in food. He uses Italian cuisine as a base, which comes from his family roots, fusing it with Patagonian products.
