It was born in 2002, in the center of San Juan, with the idea of providing a “home-style” gastronomic service, for 20 hours a day, on 361 days of the year. Its menu ranges from a long list of pasta and sauces, passing after for exquisite minutes and salads, up to the classic loins, pachatas, hamburgers, pizzas and sandwiches. In the morning and in the afternoon it also works as coffee, with delicious breakfasts and smoothies. Baró is a classic in San Juan.
