Opened on 9 April 1994, it has a capacity of 120 people in three adjoining rooms with different services, two of which are for smokers. Since 1999 we have been bringing the flavors of the region to various gastronomic fairs throughout the country, always representing the Maronesa Calf Breeders' Group. All dishes that include veal are made solely with Maronesa Veal with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), created by farmers in the region according to ancestral and more natural methods. “The Costa” has a very varied menu, highlighting the Maronesa Veal grills. Special mention also deserves the Curry Gambas, dish that we consider the "caviar" of our house.
