The Japanese Restaurant by the Japanese chef in Salamanca district, Madrid. In 2011, after several years of experience as a cook in Osaka (Japan) and in Madrid, Hisato Mori set up TxaTei. He is dedicated to the selection and purchase of all raw materials and the preparation of all TxaTei dishes.
