We have opened Namaste Nepal to introduce Nepali taste in Boras. We do it but the emotion and culture are in focus. Dal Bhat Tarkari is one of the typical everyday dishes in Nepal. In Namaste Nepal, we sift lentils, rice and homemade cheese cooked in spinach, along with everyone's favorsite papadom. A must in Nepalese resturang is momo. Momo is dough filled with selectable filling, veg, chicken, lamb or pork. It is steam cooked, to bring out the texture and taste. Along with soup and tomato chutney, the food becomes unforgettable.
