Numan Usta has quickly made its name in Konya and the surrounding area with its Acili Arab meatballs. Numan Usta, serving in the Mevlana Tomb until 1979, continued its service in Şems-i Tebrizi neighborhood after 1979. Numan Usta, which does not compromise on its quality and taste, was moved to the present day in 1989 on the demand of Istanbul.
