As many of you know, Foodshop 45 is a friendly, family-run restaurant and catering service, offering delicious, freshly cooked Indian cuisine at reasonable prices. My youngest brother, Cuong, is the chef. He cooks excellent Indian food and he manages the kitchen. He is ably assisted by Hue, my elder sister. Another brother, Thang, helps to run the dinning room. My father, Tam, delivers the take away meals and my mother, Loan, goes to the local market and chooses the freshest and finest ingredients
