It all started in Berlin in 2018 with the first vegan sushi restaurant, the "Secret Garden". Our goals are environmental protection and animal welfare, which is why we produce our traditional dishes without fish. The food is based on a purely plant-based cuisine. The vegan concept was well received and other vegan restaurants were created (Soy Berlin, Soy Munich and 1990 Vegan Living). And since February 2022 there has also been a "Secret Garden" in Munich!
