This restaurant is run by a family - husband, who cooks, and his delightful wife who welcomes diners, gives advice on the dishes and makes one feel at home. Bolivar is a fantastic restaurant. Fine quality food, delicious steaks, good atmosphere and excellent service! Really outstanding quality!
