It shines like a peacock opening its tail for boasting all details. The garden as well was given a thorough overhaul. The white and red hues of the walls mix with the green colours of the plants providing a fresh radiance thus ensuring an exquisite southern feeling in the heart of Bruges. Together with our young team we designed refreshingly new dishes using the produce of local farmers wherever possible.
