Balkan Jewel Restaurant opened its doors 10 years ago together with the hotel. Many improvements have been made over the years, and 4 years ago the biggest one was made, namely its expansion to a capacity of 230 seats. The panoramic windows of "Balkan Jewel" reveal an incredible view of the outdoor pool and the Pirin Mountains.
