At BRYG Coffee House we do not have coffee on the pot ... It may sound wrong when we now call ourselves a coffee shop, but there is a simple explanation. We brew all our coffee fresh in front of our guests. We offer coffee from the classic espresso machine - Espresso, Caffé Latte, Cappuccino, Cortado etc. In addition, we brew filter coffee fresh by drip method on Hario V60 equipment. So you can still get a plain black coffee! We are not too smart for that.
