nbruket we cook over open fire - yes we grill, long or short - and try to create pure clear flavors where the raw material and the grill method can come to the maximum. We buy our meat locally, from farmers who are outside the industry's heat hunt and instead give their animals grass and clover all year round. Grazing animals provide an open and beautiful landscape, and also a much better meat. We also buy vegetables locally as much as possible. Both meat and vegetables are organic. The menu is changed weekly and is governed by what ingredients are in season. Our focus is always the natural, locally produced and seasonal enrichment.
